a question
Do you think real drug dealers get tips from fictional drug dealers they see in movies?
door dash
My son goes to school with a kid in our neighborhood whose dad is most likely a drug dealer. I don’t have proof the dad is a drug dealer but all signs point to it. When a guy gets in a flashy car in and out throughout the day with causal clothes on it makes me wonder. Especially, when he speeds off in it every 2 hours. His car is always parked on the street. I mean he could have odd working hours where he works like 4 2 hour shifts per day. I shouldn’t jump to conclusions he could be the most manic and wealthiest door dash driver ever.
strung in
My son wants to play with the drug dealer’s son but I’m scared to knock on the door in fear of getting mistaken for a hype or drug addict. In the past I have been mistaken for someone who does drugs. I don’t know what makes me look like I do drugs? It could be the beard, long hair, and awkward personality? I look like I’m looking for a good time I guess but I just want to be a good dad. I want to look like a normal boring suburban dad who drops his kids off at school and goes to work. I guess I need to cut off my man bun, trim my beard, and stop looking strung out.
innocent til proven
My son has been making us walk pass the “drug dealer’s house” to see if his son is outside playing. We have gone pass his house 5 times in the last week but haven’t been lucky. I hope we never see him out there. I don’t want my son playing at a drug dealers house. What if there is a drug bust while we’re in the backyard playing? I don’t want guns drawn on me and my son while we’re in a kiddie pool. Our first time there and will be guilty by association.
kid dealer
I don’t need to be interrogated by the police. They’ll think I was this guy’s number one customer. I’ll get thrown in jail for a crime I didn’t commit. The drug dealer neighbor would turn on me saying I was the head of the operation. There would be a big mix up. The cops wouldn’t believe me because my son would say, “this is my dad’s best friend.” My own son would call me out and take over the operation as a 5 year old. It would be a classic cliche crime story where son takes over family business.
opportunity
My son finally hung out with the alleged drug dealer’s son. They had a blast. The drug dealer wasn’t there. I assume he was out making drug deals. Maybe next time my son will meet him. Maybe I can be a henchmen or the driver for the operation. This might be a good partnership. This could be very lucrative on my end. Keep your friends close but your kid’s friend dad who is a suspected drug dealer closer.
doogie howser moment
I hope my neighbor doesn’t read this blog. I don’t want retaliation for putting this blog out there. So if the assumed drug dealer reads this I’m not talking about you. I’m talking about another drug dealer in the neighborhood. Okay? You’re not a drug dealer. You’re a door dash delivery driver. You don’t look suspicious by driving a sports car that you always park on the street that you get in every hour. If any police read this story, I made it up, it’s fictional. The thing is I probably have done more drugs than him and have probably sold more drugs than him. Am I the “neighbor’s drug dealer” that I’ve been talking about the whole time?
